At WhiteBoard Group, our clients’ best interest is the priority. We are not influenced by the candidates’ compensation package because we do not charge commissions. Our business is built from partnerships.

We utilize two engagement models for all of the services that we provide:

1. Hourly fee
2. Fixed fee

Hourly Fee

• You make the choice to use WhiteBoard Group for candidate research, candidate sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting.
• You control the process, so you control the cost.
• You own the research, so if you hire several people from the research that we deliver your cost is simply the amount of time spent on the project.

Fixed Fee

• You make the choice to use WhiteBoard Group for a recruiting or research project and you will know the total cost up front.
• Project fees are based upon milestones and deliverables.
• WhiteBoard Group controls the project, we are a valued service provider to the client.
