PITTSBURGH, Pennsylvania – March 1, 2007 – WhiteBoard Group, one of the regions leading talent acquisition management firms announced today that it has formed an Executive Advisory Board has appointed five initial members.

The decision to appoint an Executive Advisory Board was made because the firm’s leaderships desire to have an "outside" group of advisors who can support the company’s growth plans and initiatives. WhiteBoard Group has recently initiated a new branding campaign to position the company as a regional leader in the area(s) of Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Management.

The five appointments to the Executive Advisory Board are:

• Mr. Anthony Bernard: Mr. Bernard serves as a Senior Program Manager for Microsoft Corporation’s Server and Tools Business in Redmond Washington. Prior to joining Microsoft, Anthony held executive IT positions at TrueCommerce and FreeMarkets as well as consulting manager roles at Ernst and Young and Accenture. He holds a B.S. Degree in Applied Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University. He and his family reside in a suburb of Redmond.


• Mr. Kris Brown: Mr. Brown currently is the Place Kicker for the Houston Texans of the NFL. Prior to joining the Texans, Kris played 3 seasons for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Kris holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management from the University of Nebraska and has business interests in Real Estate and Technology. He and his family reside in a suburb of Houston.


• Mr. James Genaro: Mr. Genaro is Founder and President of Water Environment Technologies in Austintown, Ohio. He is the former President of North American Consulting Services, an IT consulting firm that he co-founded in Clearwater Florida which he sold to Modis in 1996. James holds a degree in Business from Youngstown State University and currently resides in Warren Ohio.


• Mr. Steve Schmitt: Mr. Schmitt is CEO and of SureLogic, a Pittsburgh based software company who provides leading-edge software code assurance tools. Prior to joining SureLogic, Steve has held executive positions at; SimMedical, Crown Castle, Fore Systems and the City of Pittsburgh. He holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and resides with his family in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.


• Mr. Michael Schneck: Mr. Schneck is the Pro Bowl Long Snapper from the Buffalo Bills football team. Prior to joining the Bills as a free agent in 2005, Mike played 6 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Mike holds a Finance Degree from the University of Wisconsin and has continued his education with classes at the Harvard Business School. Mike and his family continue to make Pittsburgh their home and live in the North Hills.
